Official press release (27 October 2026): The Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee has issued a press release (memo no. ঢাবো/পনি/৮৬৮), signed by its president Professor Syed Akhtaruzzaman and Professor Jesmin Taslima Banu, convener of the inter-board exam controllers’ committee. Key points:
- The result ceremony was held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, 31 October 2026 at the International Mother Language Institute, Dhaka.
- As soon as the ceremony starts, results will be available online, by SMS and from each institution at the same time.
- Websites: eduboardresults.gov.bd, educationboardresults.gov.bd and each board’s website. Institutions download results from the Result corner with their EIIN.
- SMS:

Date change (27 October 2026): The HSC and equivalent exam 2026 result date has been changed to Saturday, 31 October 2026. Professor Syed Akhtaruzzaman, president of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and chairman of the Dhaka Education Board, confirmed the new date. He said it was fixed after discussion with the education minister. Earlier, on 24 October, the committee had announced Thursday, 29 October in an official notice (memo no. ঢাবো/পনি/৮৬৪, shown below). On 12 October, the boards had first proposed 25–29 October.

এইচএসসি ও সমমান পরীক্ষা ২০২৬-এর ফল প্রকাশিত হয়েছে ৩১ অক্টোবর ২০২৬, শনিবার সকাল ১১টায়। ঢাকার আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা ইনস্টিটিউটে ফল প্রকাশ অনুষ্ঠান শুরু হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই অনলাইন, এসএমএস এবং নিজ নিজ শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে একযোগে ফল জানা যাবে। শিক্ষা বোর্ড, শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় বা পত্রিকা অফিসে কোনো ফল পাওয়া যাবে না।

- Examination অপশনে HSC/Alim/Equivalent এবং Year অপশনে 2026 নির্বাচন করুন।
- নিজের শিক্ষা বোর্ড নির্বাচন করুন (ঢাকা, রাজশাহী, কুমিল্লা, যশোর, চট্টগ্রাম, বরিশাল, সিলেট, দিনাজপুর, ময়মনসিংহ, মাদ্রাসা বা কারিগরি)।

বিষয়ভিত্তিক গ্রেড পয়েন্টসহ পূর্ণাঙ্গ মার্কশিট দেখতে eduboardresults.gov.bd ওয়েবসাইটে গিয়ে Individual Result অপশনে HSC/Alim/Equivalent, 2026, বোর্ড, রোল ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর দিন। কলেজগুলো একই ওয়েবসাইটের Result কর্নার থেকে বোর্ড ও EIIN নম্বর দিয়ে পুরো প্রতিষ্ঠানের ফল ডাউনলোড করতে পারবে।
মোবাইলে এসএমএস দিয়ে রেজাল্ট দেখার নিয়ম
যেকোনো মোবাইল অপারেটর থেকে মেসেজ অপশনে গিয়ে লিখুন: HSC স্পেস বোর্ডের প্রথম তিন অক্ষর স্পেস রোল নম্বর স্পেস 2026, তারপর পাঠিয়ে দিন 16140 নম্বরে। উদাহরণ: HSC DHA 123456 2026। আলিম পরীক্ষার্থীরা MAD এবং কারিগরি বোর্ডের পরীক্ষার্থীরা TEC কোড ব্যবহার করবেন। নিচের SMS টুলে রোল নম্বর দিলে মেসেজ আপনা-আপনি তৈরি হয়ে যাবে।
রেজাল্ট দেখতে সমস্যা হলে কী করবেন
- ফল প্রকাশের প্রথম এক-দুই ঘণ্টা ওয়েবসাইট ধীর হতে পারে। একটু পরে আবার চেষ্টা করুন, অথবা SMS ব্যবহার করুন।
- রোল ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর ভুল হলে ফল আসবে না। প্রবেশপত্র দেখে আবার মিলিয়ে নিন।
- যেসব সাইট টাকা, OTP বা ফোন নম্বর চায় সেগুলো এড়িয়ে চলুন। অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটে ফল দেখা সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে।
- ফল নিয়ে আপত্তি থাকলে ১ থেকে ৭ নভেম্বর ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত অনলাইনে পুনঃনিরীক্ষণের আবেদন করা যাবে।
How to Check HSC Result 2026 Online with Full Marksheet
There are two official websites for the HSC Result 2026. Both are run by the education boards and are free. Keep your admit card (roll number) and registration card (registration number) ready before the result is published.
Method 1: educationboardresults.gov.bd (fastest, GPA + grades)
- Open www.educationboardresults.gov.bd.
- Examination: select HSC/Alim/Equivalent.
- Year: select 2026.
- Board: select your board (Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Chattogram, Barishal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Mymensingh, Madrasah or Technical).
- Enter your Roll and Registration number.
- Solve the simple math captcha and tap Submit. Your GPA and subject-wise grades will be shown.
Method 2: eduboardresults.gov.bd (marksheet, institution & board result)
The eduboardresults.gov.bd web-based result system is maintained by the education boards. Choose Individual Result, then HSC/Alim/Equivalent, 2026, your board, roll and registration. It shows your subject-wise grade points (detailed marksheet). On result day, the same portal also offers:
- Institution Result: teachers can download the full result sheet of their college from the Result corner by selecting the board and EIIN.
- Center Result and District Result analytics.
- Board Analytics: board-wise pass rate and GPA-5 numbers.
Tip: The sites slow down for the first 1–2 hours on result day. If a page does not load, use SMS (below) or try again after a few minutes. Do not enter your roll or registration number on unknown “result” websites that ask for a phone number, OTP or payment. Results are free on the official websites.

In HSC 2026, all nine general boards used the same (unified) question paper, a major change from earlier years when each board set its own questions. CCTV cameras were installed at every centre and monitored live from the education ministry.

How HSC GPA is calculated: Add the grade points of the 6 compulsory subjects (Bangla, English, ICT and your 3 group subjects). For the optional/4th subject, only the points above 2.00 are added. Divide the total by 6. The maximum GPA is 5.00. If you get F in any compulsory subject, the result is F (GPA 0.00) even if other subjects are A+.
Example: 5 + 5 + 4 + 5 + 3.5 + 4 = 26.5. Optional subject A (4.00) adds 4 − 2 = 2. Total 28.5 ÷ 6 = GPA 4.75.

HSC Result 2026 Re-scrutiny (Board Challenge / খাতা চ্যালেঞ্জ)
If you think your marks are wrong, you can apply for re-scrutiny. According to the press release, online applications will be accepted from 1 to 7 November 2026. In 2025 the process was online only at rescrutiny.eduboardresults.gov.bd, with a fee of Tk 150 per paper paid by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Sonali Seba or Teletalk. The 2026 application process and fee will be published on the boards’ websites.
- Go to the re-scrutiny portal and enter your roll and registration number.
- Give an active mobile number. The re-scrutiny result is sent to this number.
- Select the subject(s). For subjects with two papers (Bangla, English, Physics etc.), both papers must be selected.
- Pay the fee and click Submit. Fees are not refundable.
Re-scrutiny checks whether marks were added correctly, whether every answer was marked and whether the marks were correctly entered on the OMR sheet. The answers are not marked again from scratch.
What to Do After HSC Result 2026
- Save your result: Take a screenshot or save the marksheet as PDF. You will need GPA and subject grades for every admission form.
- University admission: Public universities, GST cluster, engineering and medical (MBBS/BDS) admission circulars start within weeks of the result. Check the minimum GPA requirement of each unit. See our admission updates.
