Academics Qualification:
1. Must have graduated from any reputed institute in Bangladesh: In this case, if you have 4 year honors Degree then you are welcome to 46 BCS applications.
2. There is another option available which BPSC officially announced. If you attended your final year final exam but your result would not issue yet then you can apply for 46 BCS Preliminary.
3. The students who completed a 3-year Degree course from the National University Bangladesh, can’t apply for the BCS exam. 3 Year Degree completed candidates will complete master’s degree from any institution in Bangladesh. After that, they will qualify to attend BCS Preliminary Exam.

46 BCS Application Fees And Payment Method
Last year, therefore, the 45th BCS Application Few was 750tk. So we can say that this year’s application fee will be 700 or 800TK(BDT). Let’s check the SMS method to complete your BCS application.

1st SMS: BCS <Space> User ID And send to 16222 Number

Then BPSC will reply to your message instantly with your name And 700 will be charged from your account balance of Teletalk SIM. They will also provide you with a PIN number for completing payments. To complete Payment Follow 2nd SMS:
2nd SMS: BCS <Spece> Yes <Spece>PIN send to 16222 Number.
Example: BCS YES 212112 And Send to 16222 Number
Then BPSC will send you another SMS that Your payment has been confirmed by PSC authority and They will congratulate you on your payment confirmation.

Preliminary Exam: The 46th BCS preliminary exam will happen in 200 marks with Some topics. The marks of Each subject and topics for the BSC preliminary exam are given below:

If a candidate gets more than 110 marks then he/she will pass the preliminary exam.
BCS Written Exam: After Completing the BCS preliminary, Eligible Candidates will appear in the BCS written exam. A total of 900 Marks Written exam will be from the Bangladesh Civil Service Commission. Now Check the Written Exam Marks Distribution:
- Bengali First and Second Part 100+100=200 Marks
- English First and Second Paper 100+100=200 Marks
- Bangladesh Affairs 2 Part 100+100=200 Marks
- International Affairs= 100 Marks
- General Science and Technology= 100 Marks
- Analytical Mathematics and Mental Ability Test= 100 Marks
Education Cadre will also earn another 200 marks in the BCS written exam.
BCS VIVA Exam: After completing all the procedures, BPSC will fix a date for the VIVA exam. The students who had passed the BCS written exam. they would attend the BCS viva exam.
