- Manage the entire HR functions of the Humanitarian Crisis Management Project (HCMP) of BRAC including recruitment, employee relations, database management, compliance and grievance issues.
- Maintain local level recruitment for hiring staff and volunteers of HCMP and manage onboarding process of a new hire.
- Maintain and monit0r implementation of Human Resource Policies and Procedures and ensure all HR activities are carried out.
